We want you to be completely satisfied with your BlinkWish experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your premium purchase, we offer a refund window.

You may request a full refund within 3-5 days of your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at blinkwisharp@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID or Transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

We typically process refund requests within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Since our services are instant digital creations, "cancellation" is effectively the same as a refund request. If you created a premium wish by mistake or wish to cancel your upgrade, please follow the refund process above within the stipulated time period.
